Fans of actor Vijay Deverakonda may start celebrating the New Year early because the much-anticipated trailer for his forthcoming film 'Liger' was released on Friday.

An MMA pundit introduces Deverakonda as "Liger," "the youngster from India... the slumdog of the streets of Mumbai... the chai seller... Liger..." in the previously released teaser.

In the video, the actor delivers two brief yet powerful lines. "We are Indians," he says, expressing his pride in his homeland. "Vaat Lagaa Denge," the other speech, defines his forceful approach and bold nature.

The cinematography and background score are in tune, providing moviegoers with an entirely new experience.

The visuals are chock-full of jaw-dropping stunt moments. Deverakonda has a chiselled physique and a new haircut that includes cornrows and a ponytail.

According to the teaser, the film is about a Mumbai slumdog who becomes an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) champion.

Vijay's mother was played by Ramya Krishnan, and his coach was played by Ronit Roy. Other performers, like Ananya Panday, who plays a crucial part in the film, were not included in the sneak peek.

'Liger,' billed as one of India's most action-packed films, also stars boxing superstar Mike Tyson. Fans and moviegoers alike are eagerly anticipating the genuine action on the big screen.

The upcoming sports drama is produced by Karan Johar, Charmme Kaur, and Jagannadh.
