Thandai Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tin (200 gms)Nestlé MILKMAID
10Badam (Almonds)
1 tspElaichi (Cardamom) Powder

2 tspSaunf (Fennel)
1 tspKhus Essence
6Peppercorns
1.5 litreMilk

 Soak and peel 10 almonds. Grind it with elaichi and saunf to a fine paste. 

Step-1

Mix well with all other ingredients and strain

Step-1(II)

Fill half a glass with crushed ice and top it up with the above Thandai mixture

Step-2

Garnish with rose petals & serve

Step-3

2 tbsp of Poppy Seeds or Khus-Khus can be used instead of Khus essesnce.
